CEO Crisis Summit (2026)

Back

On Thursday 19th, Duncan Craig OBE and a handful of We Are Survivors staff attended a CEO Crisis Summit in London.

Hosted at the historic Leathersellers Hall, attended by CEOs and leaders across the sexual harms sector, we spent the day putting our heads together to agree on how to face the biggest problems we are facing as a sector

We began by exchanging key external and internal issues each of our charities faced, many of which we realised were common across the board. We then proceeded to look at the sexual harms sector as a whole, agreeing that the biggest problems we face include funding, the ability to share knowledge and data effectively, keeping up with the re-structuring of health and policing services, and political instability.

Towards the end of the day, we found consensus on many of these problems, pledging to better share knowledge between our organisations, and respond to matters arising as a united sector.

Each organisation in attendance, no matter their provision or differences in opinion, are all working towards the same goal; ensuring that no survivor is left behind.

We Are Survivors are thank The Survivors Trust for bringing together its member organisations, as well as to Survive, RASASC Guildford and SurvivorsUK. We are especially thankful to our hosts, The Leathersellers Foundation, for their catering and hospitality.
