What do you see, when you look at me?
A man that’s desperate to be free?
Not from prison for I have my own
All the bad seeds I have sown
Behaviour at the best erratic
Behaviour others found problematic
Find myself fighting my shame
Other people are not to blame
What caused me to do wrong
I had a feeling I didn’t belong
Am sat facing you in my chair
And wonder if you really care
Or are you here just for your profession
Not that bothered about our progression
My money’s is you really care
Decent, compassionate and fair
That’s what I see when I look at you
Thank you from my heart you know it’s true
