After months of training, one of our loyal How to Help took to the streets on Sunday 16th May 2010, for the BUPA Great Manchester Run.
The BUPA Great Manchester Run is Britain’s premier 10k course, attracting over 33,000 runners each year. The on-road course routes around some fantastic sites with race highlights being shown nationwide through BBC TV.
This was the second year Christos Tsaprounis has ran the Great Manchester Run for We Are Survivors and he is a true winner in our eyes. Over the past two years, he has raised over £900 which goes directly to services supporting male survivors of sexual abuse and rape.
